Believing, praying and growing together
We joyfully build the community of Saint Anna. There is ecclesiastical approval and services take place in Curaçao. You are warmly welcome to get to know us.

A place for faith and fellowship
OrthodoxCuraçao brings Orthodox Christians and interested people together. What began with conversations and a desire for connection is taking shape through prayer, services and gatherings in the community of Saint Anna in Willemstad, next to Santa Famia.
Reader Makarius leads services as a reader. You can find the church schedule on the homepage; please contact us for current information or your first visit.

Our community grows together
We are grateful that Curaçao has a place where the Orthodox faith can be lived together. We want to be a welcoming community, with room for questions, getting acquainted and deepening our faith.
Everyone may explore and participate at their own pace. We do not want to put pressure on anyone: participating, contacting us or sharing the website is always voluntary.
Would you like to know more about the beginnings of the community and Saint Anna? You can find our church history under Faith and worship.

Sharing faith with love and hope
The lives of Father Seraphim Rose and Saint John Maximovitch inspire us to make the Orthodox faith accessible and connect people with the Church.
Personal inspiration
Alongside Father Seraphim Rose, the lives of modern saints, Death to the World and Youth of the Apocalypse have also inspired me on my journey towards the Orthodox faith and in starting Orthodox Curaçao.
Here, that inspiration takes a simple, practical form: praying together, listening to one another, helping each other and continuing to build with trust. We do this in communion with the Orthodox Church and with respect for Curaçao's society.
In this way, we hope to offer a place where faith, hospitality and care for one another come together.
Language and accessibility
Our services, gatherings and information take the local community into account. We give attention to Papiamentu and, where possible, Dutch, English and Spanish.
